Tabitha Spaun

Certified Proofreader Overview

Greetings! My name is Tabitha. Beginning my career as a proofreader has been a bold move. And by "bold" I mean defying-personal-history kind of bold. Coming from an academically deprived background made me tired of always questioning myself: Is this punctuated and written well? Did they understand me? Did I understand them? For this reason and more, accuracy and excellence are deeply personal to me. I bring my story into my work, and I am excited to help others share their work and passions without fear of distracting errors. Being by nature approachable, creative, dependable, and highly detail- and error-conscious, proofreading really hit the mark for me. While I have academic papers, advertising content, blog posts and articles, and books as my preferred workload, I'm up for trying my hand at anything in the proofreading field.
