Copy editing and proofreading are some of my favorite activities. I am detail-oriented, and I strive to provide you with high-quality, individualized service with quick turnarounds. I excel at copy editing and proofreading simultaneously to help a project or manuscript become its best final version.
My experience spans fiction works in multiple sub-genres as well as non-fiction training manuals and government documents. I have worked with many popular romance, fantasy, and science fiction authors as a copy editor and proofreader. During my time as a staff officer, most of my duties included editing and proofreading guidance and policy documents.
I am an avid reader, averaging 200 books a year. I enjoy lending my skills and expertise to help authors polish their stories. I am certified in General Proofreading: Theory and Practice with Proofread Anywhere as well as the Poynter ACES Certificate in Editing.
