Sarah Karlovec

Certified Proofreader Overview

My name is Sarah Karlovec. I have been recently certified by Proofread Anywhere. I am also a teacher. A large part of my job is showing the correct way to write and catching where writing can be improved. I am very detail oriented and love proofreading. I can proofread creative writing, blog posts, journal articles, etc. My focus is: correcting any grammar or punctuation errors, finding misplaced words (spell check doesn't catch when you type 'said' instead of 'sad'), and subject/verb and tense agreement.

I do all of this while keeping to your format (AP, CMOS, etc.) and your style. I make sure that I'm proofreading within your words, without changing your voice.
