Certified Proofreader Overview

As a proofreader, I will correct obvious (indisputable) errors in grammar, punctuation, and spelling as well as typographical and formatting errors. I will also make sure that the piece of writing in question complies with the client’s chosen style guide and is consistent throughout.

However, if there are issues with sentence length and structure, the length and organization of paragraphs, or some other imperfections that fall within the realm of editing, I will let the client know and offer to make improvements at an adjusted rate.
