Hi, I’m Nicole, founder of Nicole Harmon Proofreading. I live in Florida with my husband, Jeremy, and our two dogs. We also have three adult children who are all off on their own pursuing their passions. I was born and raised in Minnesota, but as a former military family, we have lived all over the United States for the past 28 years.

I’m a word nerd and a forever learner who’s been fortunate to be able to translate my varied experiences, training, and passion into a thriving legal transcript proofreading career. I love “going” to work every day.

I understand the critical importance of accuracy in legal transcripts and the fine art of bringing clarity to the imperfect nuances of spoken language.

I love my work, and I love helping people. When I’m not working, you might find me on one of the many beautiful beaches near Tampa, working out, traveling, or at home, curled up with my dogs and a great book.
